MacbookFix is working hard to keep our planet clean by providing lost cost repair solutions for your out of or not covered by warranty Apple devices by using a combination of new and refurbished parts. All our parts are throughly tested and come with our 90 day warranty.
Service Decline Policy
We understand that diagnostic results may not always match your expectations. If you decide not to have your machine repaired or serviced for any reason, we will return your computer back to you as is.
While we take great care to protect customer data, MacbookFix is not responsible for any data loss that may occur in shipping, during the repair process, or at any other time. Prior backup is the customers responsibility and MacbookFix cannot guarantee (although we work hard to protect) the security and/or privacy of your data. Please consider backing up all personal data such as music, photos, documents, emails, and applications.
Liquid cleaning is a cleaning process of all the components that have experienced liquid damage. This process will remove the signs of liquid or corrosion on the electronic components inside & can often restore life back to your device. Liquid while may or may not be effecting the performance of your internal electronics, can over time create corrosion resulting in issues later on as the corrosion begins to build up & expand. Liquid cleaning is a labor intense process that is designed to be preventative and is not guaranteed. If a liquid cleaning is not successful at restoring life to your device, we charge a flat rate of $65 for an unsuccessful cleaning and is not eligible for free shipping.
We offer free round trip shipping for your Mac with any qualified repair. If you decide to decline any repair or services, shipping charges are $50 round trip or $25 dollars one way.
We provide a 90 day warranty on all our parts and repair services. Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage such as liquid spills, dropped damage, & or misuse.
Once the diagnostic is complete on your computer, a service advisor will contact you with the results and an estimate. If you have not responded to MacbookFix within 30 days of notification, your order will be considered a decline and your credit card will be charged $35 dollars to cover shipping costs.
Please retain your shipping box after you have received your laptop from MacbookFix. This box can be used for future service and will be required for any warranty service.

All services must be paid for within 30 days of completion of your service. After 30 days, if you have not contacted MacbookFix, your computer will be considered abandoned and MacbookFix will have sole discretion as to it’s disposal. We will make several attempts to contact a customer via phone and email prior to considering a machine abandoned.
MacbookFix collects personal information at the time you submit any request. Personal information includes your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and other personally identifiable information about you. Your personal information is used solely by MacbookFix to fulfill your request for services, to contact you, to improve our services, and to conduct research. We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information outside our company unless specifically requested by you.
